Woodworking, Painting

How many years have you been snowboarding?

What´s your home mountain?

Sunshine Village

What’s the reason you keep snowboarding?

Primarily time with friends and sharing the passion for boarding, the feeling of landing a trick exactly as visualized, when you get that slow motion sensation of everything working, or boosting a classic side hit and landing right in the transition.

What does your L1 set up look like this year?

Diffuse jacket, Rankin pant

Do you like the cinched pant leg cuffs on the L1 pants?

Could be slimmer profile

How has your snowboarding evolved the last few years?

After retiring from halfpipe contests, I naturally gravitated towards street boarding. I would just hit anything and and learned the hard way what spots were worth while. Now a days I am much more particular about what I wanna snowboard on. There’s nothing like a spot that works exactly as envisioned.

What movies or edits can we see you in this season and where can we see it?

This year I worked on a project that will be called ‘Tuesdays Child’ edited by Quin Elul and Jesse Jarrett

In what way do you want to give back or express yourself within snowboarding?

I wanna continue to be a part of the thriving Calgary scene, keeping the kids stoked and hopefully be a small part of maintaining the groundwork or pathways for the next generation of kids filming videos in Canada.

Who are the people in snowboarding right now that keep you motivated and hyped on the current stat of snowboarding community and/or direction?

For me right now it’s almost every snowboarder that’s out there committing time to produce footage for all the other boarders to enjoy. We all know the peaks and valleys can be intense as a street snowboarder and I love seeing people best footage yet, year after year. I hate picking favourites.

Whats your favorite thing about L1 Premium Goods?

It’s a quality brand that works extremely hard to stay on trend and relevant while not jeopardizing quality.
