What have you been up to lately?
Thank you! I'm so hyped and honored to be part of the team. After the release of Milestone, I have been taking it pretty easy and spending time with my family. As it is snowing in Helsinki right now, I am getting excited to hit the streets again.

How long have you been snowboarding professionally?
I got my first contract in 1999, so it has been 25 years now.

How important is the Culture of Snowboarding to you?
It is one of the biggest reasons why I fell in love with snowboarding in the first place and why I still love it today. Snowboarding is something that keeps me young at heart, thanks to all the people involved.

Why did you want to join the L1 Team?
For the longest time, I have been telling myself that the day I'm not getting free stuff anymore, I will walk to the store and buy L1 outerwear as I have always been a huge fan of the brand. But luckily you guys were willing to put me on and now I get the stuff for free...hah. But for real, the riders, the image, and the products, everything is just on point, and I wanted to be part of it!

What are your favorite pieces so far?
I have been rocking the Rankin jacket and pants and the Fillmore Jacket for now and I feels like those were designed just for my needs. The fit and feel of the products are top-notch!

The winter is just starting, what plans do you have for this season?
I'm actually filming for the new WOP video with Dr.Luti and Antti Jussila. It will be refreshing for me to be part of someone else's program for once and not trying to produce everything myself. This season will be fun!
